My lab.

This was the setup for taking the liquid macro shots while placing the photoalbum behind the water tap.
You can see the bulb, and the plastic glasses acting as a stage for the drops! :)

why did u place here box and plastic glass , weren't u able to capture tap drops without them ??

::Best. Day. Ever.:: said...

I placed em because I need support from them, this setup was from my early liquid macro photography! :)
Now, I can do without em!

ahhh i see .. could some one take these shots without using macro lens ? does macro lens really make difference ?

::Best. Day. Ever.:: said...

yup you can, you need to have a fast shutter speed to capture the drops. A macro lens only enlarges the drop, if you have a built in macro mode in your camera then theres no need.

okie then i will try someday , but why did u suggest us to use macro mode i think manual mode can bring best results we should n't rely on pre designed camera mode ??

hehe even when the manual mode is on, you need to have the macro mode on to get a tact sharp focus on the falling drops!
